For landscaping companies, clinics, agencies and trades, the same handful of repetitive jobs eat hours every week. These five workflows are where we start with most clients.

  1. Lead routing. Collect leads from forms, ads and calls, score them, assign an owner and send a first reply within a minute.
  2. Quote follow-up. If a quote has not been accepted after three days, send a friendly reminder and notify the owner.
  3. Review requests. When a job is marked complete, ask happy customers for a Google review and route unhappy ones to a manager.
  4. Invoice chasing. Polite reminders at 7, 14 and 30 days, stopped automatically when payment lands.
  5. Weekly numbers. A Monday message with leads, jobs booked, revenue and outstanding invoices.

Keep them boring

Every workflow should have error handling, retries and an alert when something fails. The best automation is one nobody thinks about because it simply runs.
