Android apps

Kotlin and Jetpack Compose apps that run well across the range of Android devices your customers carry.

We build Android apps in Kotlin and Jetpack Compose, or cross-platform with Flutter when it fits. That includes rugged scanner devices for warehouses, NFC payments and QR scanning for merchants, and apps that keep working offline.

What’s included

Jetpack Compose interfaces
NFC payments and QR scanning
Barcode scanning on warehouse devices
Background sync and offline mode
Play Store release and staged rollouts
Flutter or React Native when it fits

How we deliver it

Step 1

Discover

We learn the business, the users and the constraints, then write a scope with clear boundaries.

Step 2

Design

Wireframes, then high-fidelity screens and a clickable prototype you can put in front of users.

Step 3

Build

Two-week sprints with a working demo at the end of each one and a staging link you can always open.

Step 4

Launch & support

Release, monitoring and a support window, then ongoing improvement if you want it.

Questions we get asked

Which Android versions do you support?

We agree a minimum version with you based on your users, typically Android 9 and up, and test on a device matrix that matches your audience.

Can the app work on dedicated scanner hardware?

Yes. We have built for Zebra-style handhelds with hardware scan triggers and kiosk mode.

How much does it cost?

Every project is scoped in a short discovery phase. You get a fixed price per milestone, or a monthly rate for a dedicated team — no open-ended hourly billing.

Do you offer support after launch?

Every build includes 30 days of support. After that, most clients move to a monthly retainer for fixes, updates and improvements.
