How we scope a fixed-price build

Fixed prices only work when both sides agree on exactly what is being built. Our discovery phase exists to make that agreement concrete.

Week one: understand

We interview the people who will use the product, map the workflows it replaces and list the integrations it needs. Then we write down what is out of scope, which matters as much as what is in.

Week two: shape

We produce clickable wireframes for the key flows, a technical plan and a milestone schedule. Each milestone has a demo and acceptance criteria.

The output is a document you could hand to any competent team and get the same product.

If you go ahead with us, discovery is credited against the build. If not, the scope is yours to keep.
