Account managers spent hours searching policy wordings to answer client questions, and answers varied from person to person.
What we built
An ingestion pipeline for PDFs and Word files, hybrid search with re-ranking in pgvector, answers with clickable citations, and an evaluation set of 400 real questions run on every change.
