What these terms cover
These terms apply to your use of this website. They are between you and Ark Dev Solutions, and using the site means you accept them.
They do not govern work we do for clients. Any project we take on is covered by its own written agreement — scope, deliverables, timelines, payment, ownership of the code and confidentiality all live there. Nothing on this page overrides that agreement, and nothing on this page creates one. A quote or an estimate shown or sent to you is an invitation to discuss, not a binding offer, until both sides sign something.
Using the site
You may read it, share links to it, and contact us through it. You may not:
- Try to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to it or the systems behind it.
- Submit the forms automatically, in bulk, or with someone else’s details.
- Subscribe an email address you do not control.
- Scrape it to build a competing listing or to harvest contact details.
We rate-limit the forms and block abusive traffic. If you think you have been blocked by mistake, email info@arkdevsolutions.com.
What belongs to whom
The design, code, text, logo and images on this site belong to Ark Dev Solutions, except where a page credits someone else. You may quote a short passage with a link back. Republishing whole articles, or reusing the brand and logo, needs our permission first.
Anything you send us through the contact form stays yours. We use it to answer you and nothing else. We treat what you tell us about your project as confidential, whether or not we end up working together.
Case studies and results
The work shown on this site describes projects we delivered, but a result achieved for one client is not a prediction for another. Numbers and outcomes are reported as measured at the time and are not a guarantee of what any future project will achieve.
Articles and technical content
The blog is written to be useful, not to be relied on as professional advice for your specific situation. Technical guidance ages, dependencies change, and what is correct for one architecture is wrong for another. Test anything you take from it before it reaches production.
Availability
We try to keep the site up, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or remove pages without notice. If the site is down, that alone does not entitle you to compensation.
Links to other sites
Where we link somewhere else, we do not control what is there and are not responsible for it. A link is not an endorsement.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of this website. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you paid us for use of this site — which is nothing.
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Liability for client work is dealt with in the agreement for that work, not here.
Privacy
What we do with data you send us is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and using the site after that means accepting the revised version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. If you are a consumer in another country, this does not remove protections you have under your own local law.
